Description
DF40ATL Suzuki engine provides a high performance with Lean Burn Control System along with top-level fuel economy. The DF40ATL long shaft (508mm) also has great improvements in fuel economy from low speed operation up into the cruising range. A new oil pump also improves the efficiency of the internal oil flow, better lubricating the moving parts while using less energy.
This DF40A is one of only two outboards in it's class to incorporate a timing chain.
